Professional in Destination Management and Marketing, he took a degree in Communication and a diploma in Marketing. He had a strong experience in Italy and in Spain. He was Director of Turismo Torino and he worked in Barcelona during the Olympic Games in 1992. He collaborates with some Italian and foreign universities. He is an author of some tourism publications.

President of Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity Onlus.
He is one of the founders of Slow Food and deals with enogastronomy since eighties. He collaborated in some books about cheeses and typical products. His journalism activity started in first nineties with the collaboration in Guide dell'Espresso and in Unità; it continues on Slow Food magazine, La Stampa, Il Manifesto, Il Giorno, Specchio, etc.Saturday 24th May 5 p.m.
